Our History
Kindheart Consulting Group was the brainchild of Kathryn Pecora, created to continue her work supporting local communities and partnering with local governments. Kate Gray wholeheartedly joined this collaboration, bringing her expertise in communications and legal work. Together, they help mission-driven organizations strengthen communities, improve infrastructure, and drive meaningful, lasting change.
